Costumes, Candy, and Colorado! What a fun month of hanging out with family on Halloween, and friends in another state. This year’s Halloween was super fun because you two are older and were totally into the trick or treat scene. We loved going door to door and watching you ask for candy. Gracen, you take after your father and love sampling the candies. Gwen, you enjoyed dressing up and pretending to actually being a cat! After Halloween, we prepared and stressed about putting you two on a plane for the first time. But, after an extensive pep talk from Dad and a backpack full of snackies and activities from the best Mom ever, we embarked on the journey to Colorado and you guys did great! Turns out you two love planes, and that’s totally cool with us. Colorado was a hoot. It was fun to see you two play with the three boys. We enjoyed parks, hiking, playing, and a photo shoot for our Christmas card! We sure love the Gardners, and are excited to know that God is using them for amazing things and His glory in Colorado. You both did really well on the way home to California. Gracen took a nap on Dad’s lap while Gwen swooned the flight attendant and even helped pass out drinks and took a tour with her! You two are super cute and are super loved.
