‘Tis the season for crafts, goodies, and learning more about Jesus! This month your mom and I are enjoying watching you two get excited about Christmas approaching! We’ve countered that excitement with crafts (designing shaving cream snowmen, painting ornaments, and eating gingerbread houses). You two really love Christmas lights, so we’ve taken you to Clark Court 800 times. To spice things up, we also took you to a more Clarkier type of court in Santa Clarita! We also made a couple of new traditions! Every day in December your mom, or sometimes me, come up with a Christmas activity. We then end the night teaching you the real meaning of Christmas with an awesome advent calendar! This year, my friend and I made you your very own big girl bed, and then built you a swing set! Now please do me a favor and adapt smoothly to those beds and don’t fall off those swings. That’d be great. Besides all of the Christmas bustle, I’ve enjoyed noticing a few things about you two. You dance together, a lot. Don’t outgrow that. You’re quick to make sure the other one if OK after an ouchy incident. Keep doing that. I love how much you love one another. Keep it up girls.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)
