FACT: You girls are a year old today! This has been one of the best years ever. Your mom and I are so blessed to have you two in our lives. You’ll never understand the prodigious love we have for you two. You’re literally walking answers to prayer. After starting this little e-journal for you girls a year ago, I find myself frequently scanning previous months reminiscing over the joyous role of being your dad. Year one is over. I only have 204 blog posts left until you two turn 18. I wish I can stop time and “re-enjoy” every moment of this last year, but at the exact same time, I want time to continue on so that we can teach you life, and more importantly, about the amazing life in Christ that He wants for you two. Thanks for the first 12 girls, you did well. And you looked quite cute doing it.
FACT: The girls really love this cheap dinosaur walker. Side note, they also share it pretty well…props to Noel on that one.
FACT: The girls went to the park for the first time this month, and they were thoroughly unimpressed.
FACT: Gracen has a laugh that you can just eat up.
FACT: There is something called the “twin effect”. This is a syndrome where you can never get a photo with both of them smiling. See below for a prime example.
FACT: Babies + Snow = Adorable Shots
FACT: This shot is proof that twins can even make gas stations a fun photo spot. Who knew?
FACT: Mansions can make sweet background shots. OTHER FACT: We’ll never own one here. OTHER FACT: We’ll get to live in one in heaven (See John 14:2)
