Every Single Month

This day was filled with loved ones and yummy food! We went over to the Gardner’s for some amazing food and football. Then topped it off with family from out of town at your Nana and Grampie’s house! You got to hang out with Luke and Evan and we snuck in some cute pictures. Then the next day, we extended Thanksgiving and had food and a rousing game of Monopoly with my side of the family!

CHRISTMAS DECORATING!
You girls made mom and dad do all the work! But you looked so cute supervising us. Then we introduced you to the Christmas tree, and you were both obsessed with trying to touch the lights. That sparked a photo shoot with lights in a dark room, and it was so fun, yet so stressful! We were afraid if you swallowed a light, you’d turn into an Avenger or something.

CHRISTMAS PHOTOS
I’m pretty sure month 8 was a record for photos taken. So many shoots with friends and mom. Daddy always plays support, and made sure you didn’t eat ornaments. It’s so fun watching you guys laugh and smile! You two are naturals and help make memories a delight.

STARTING TO CRAWL
You two are crawling now!…in opposite directions most of the time…thanks.

SLEEPING
The way you sleep is the cutest ever. You both immediately turn to your tummies, put your tush in the air and zonk out. It’s the cutest thing, but so hard to get a picture of because we don’t want the flash of the camera to wake ya.

WHAT YOU LOVE
GRACEN: Love to coo and make raspberry noises. You’re humming is such a sweet sound to my our ears. Your tickle spot is under the arms. Favorite food is bananas and carrots. In fact, you give the most disappointed face when we make you eat peas (just like dad!). Your favorite toy is the red dolly that Nana got you.

GWEN: Love to smile and explore! You’re always on the move. You’re so curious about whatever is in our hands. You’re tickle spot is on your sides and toes. You love the Fisher Price Giggle Gang app on the iPad. You desperately try to get to the new diapers when trying to change you! You love all things mango and banana. And you seem to play with everything BUT your toys!

Daddy loves you two so much. We look forward to seeing what Month 9 is going to bring us! I can guess that it’ll bring more smiles, more laughter, and of course more photo shoots with mommy.
